AI implementation

Build around the way you work.

AI implementation starts with the job. We help you decide what to automate, connect the right tools, and create a workflow your team can understand and run.

Start with a clear scope

We look at how you handle the work today: the people involved, your source material, your tools, and what a useful result looks like. Then we agree on one workflow or a connected set of workflows.

Your proposal defines the deliverables, access needed, responsibilities, costs, and what counts as ready to use. We discuss whether you want a build done for you or a guided implementation with your team.

Choose the work to take on

  • Your AI clone. Your knowledge, voice, and likeness. Ready for the work you approve.
  • Your AI video editor. Turn raw takes into reels, captions, and creative variations in your style.
  • Your AI ads manager. Research, creative testing, and reporting, with clear controls on spend.
  • Your AI DM setter. Answer, qualify, and follow up. Bring your team into the conversations that need them.

Build from your knowledge

We organize your offer, examples, brand files, and working rules. This is where we decide what the system may say, what it may do, and when it should stop and ask a person.

Account connections depend on your current setup and provider support. We check those before promising a particular integration.

Test the normal case and the awkward one

We test useful outputs, missing information, errors, and human handoffs. For a sales workflow, that includes correct contact data and booking behavior. For an editor, it includes the complete exported video and the time needed to correct it.

You review the result before the system starts handling live customer work or publishing content.

Make the handoff usable

The agreed handoff includes the instructions, account ownership, review responsibilities, and support scope. We identify who responds when something stops working and how to pause the workflow.

Tool subscriptions and API usage can change. Ongoing maintenance and third-party expenses are discussed separately from the initial build where applicable.

Measure the outcome honestly

We compare accepted outputs, human review time, and full costs with the starting process. Time returned to the team and cash expenses removed are tracked separately. Read the AI savings guide for the method.

Qualification: A clear offer or repeatable workflow, appropriate access, usable source material, and someone available for review are usually needed. We assess fit before accepting a project. Results vary, and not all applicants qualify.

Not all applicants qualify. Results vary. Savings, revenue, appointment volume, and timelines are not guaranteed. Implementation, software, usage, and advertising costs depend on your scope.
