Your sales process comes first
We organize what a prospect needs to know: who the offer is for, what it costs or how pricing is discussed, who qualifies, what happens on the call, and what the system must not promise.
The setter uses that knowledge to handle agreed questions and guide suitable prospects toward the next step. It should identify itself appropriately and make a human handoff easy.
What we connect
- Offer knowledge. Approved answers, examples, exclusions, and escalation rules.
- Conversation logic. Qualification questions and follow-up within the permissions available for each channel.
- CRM and calendar. Contact details, conversation history, appointment status, and clear ownership.
- Human handoff. Requests for a person, uncertainty, complaints, and sensitive questions.
- Testing and monitoring. Conversation tests, booking checks, error review, and a way to stop the system.
Clone OS by Psydon
Psydon is the specialist brand for Clone OS, the sales and appointment-setting part of the Stacked Strategies ecosystem. If your main bottleneck is inbound follow-up, it is the focused place to explore that build.
Explore Clone OS at Psydon. Available channels, qualification requirements, commercial terms, and delivery scope should be confirmed for your engagement.
Measure the whole conversation
We look at answer accuracy, response handling, appropriate qualification, opt-outs, and human escalations. For bookings, we distinguish appointments set, attended calls, and later sales.
That makes it possible to compare the system with your current process. Fast replies alone do not establish that the setter produced qualified appointments or saved payroll.
A good fit when
You have an offer that already sells, recurring inbound questions, supported accounts, and a team that can handle qualified conversations. We assess volume, permissions, access, and readiness before recommending implementation. Not all applicants qualify.
Results vary with your audience, offer, lead volume, sales team, and implementation. Savings and appointment volume are not guaranteed. Usage, messaging, CRM, and management costs must be included when measuring the result.
